Here are a few shots of our back yard from Saturday morning...

Here's the back of our house, from where I enjoyed my Saturday morning cup of coffee.  See Zoe chilling on the grass there?  She loves our back yard. 
This angle makes our house look really huge!  It's a 3-bedroom about 1700 square feet... adequate, but certainly not "huge".  :)

This is a bit closer shot of our rose bushes and our smaller fig tree.  Soon the figs will be ripe, and I'll be making LOTS of fig jam.  That is, if we can keep the birds from eating the ripe fruit before we get to them... they seem to have "ripe fig radar" and eat them as soon as they ripen.

Our last "hurrah" at a vegetable garden.  See, when other people are just able to finally plant their gardens, here we have to wonder if the hot sun will totally fry the garden.  So we're hoping the green beans will thrive.  We now have 16 plants... a couple more came up after this shot.  :)
