As of this afternoon, David has his driver's permit! He is *so* excited. :) This has been something he's really looked forward to for a long time, and now he can drive on the roads!
Wow... this is a new stage in parenting for us! It was kind of surreal, standing next to David while we filled out paperwork at the MVD... he's barely shorter than me now. How is it possible that we have a son who can drive now? It's pretty exciting and scary, all at the same time.
I know he'll be a great driver... I'm mostly concerned about all the other people on the roads!!

It is hard to believe we are old enough to have a grand child old enough to be driving. Seems like just yesterday it was our kids learning to drive. Man time does go by fast. Best wishes on having a new driver in the family. Love Ya, Dad & Mom
Wow, it hardly seems possible he's old enough for that! Where'd the time go?! Of course, it won't be long before it's Benjamin getting his permit! Yikes! Time marches on.
