Merry Christmas from our family!!

This year, we thought we'd do an online Christmas card for you... actually, we just didn't get a regular one done and this is quicker and doesn't cost as much, so here you go! Enjoy! :)

The kids are all doing great! David is 13 now, Marissa will be 10 on New Year's Day, Joshua is 5 1/2, Jesse is 4, and Naomi is 2 1/2. It's simply amazing (and a little scary, too!) how fast they grow & change! Homeschool is going really well--we have 7th grade, 4th grade, kindergarten and K4 happening now--and I feel blessed to be at home with them. :)

October 26 marked two years since my meningioma brain tumor was successfully removed. My next MRI is in early 2007, and so far they’ve all come back perfectly clean! God has been good in this area of our lives. :)

Ministry with Youth for Christ has been good! CornerZone youth center has been busier than ever during lunch times and after school. Its location, across the parking lot from the high school, makes it convenient for students to hang out, buy lunch, play pool, use the Internet, or just talk. Matt says playing pool is a great way to talk to kids… there are so many at-risk youth who hang out at the CornerZone, it’s a great way for them to open up. Most of the “regulars” there have tough stories in their past and/or present. Please continue to pray for Matt & the other staff at YFC as they venture to reach out to these hard-to-reach youth with God’s story.
